We understand that as a business time is money and computer down time can be costing you dearly. Therefore we have put together this support package which promises an immediate response to your I.T problems.

Simply buy your companies I.T support in pre-paid affordable blocks, there is NO contract so if we fail to deliver to your expectations, we know you won’t be buying any further blocks, that’s our incentive to perform. This covers all you I.T equipment no matter what and you don’t need to keep an inventory or inform us of any changes; quite simply it’s automatically covered. There is no expiry date so no annual renewal, we will keep records and inform you when you have 10% remaining.

               £275.00    5 Hours onsite or 10 hours Remote Access/Telephone support

               £500.00    10 Hours onsite or 20 hours Remote Access/Telephone support

               £675.00    15 Hours onsite or 30 Hours Remote Access/Telephone support

               £800.00    20 Hours onsite or 40 Hours Remote Access/Telephone support

The services are normally mixed with remote access/telephone support always being worth twice the value of onsite visits.
