What happens??
To perform data recovery properly is a skilled and time consuming process, therefore we charge an initial non-refundable fee which is to cover some of the time spent attempting a recovery should we be unable to retrieve any of your data
We do not give up easily and carry out many processes prior to letting you know if your data is fully recoverable or what percentage if any is available for collection. During the process we will be in contact to establish what the data is and in what location it is stored.
Depending on the size and amount of data recovered, we will need to copy it to a suitable medium for storage, this shall be charged for at cost unless you provide adequate storage.
Data Recovery Costs
Data Recovery Initial fee £46.80 (non-refundable)
After 1 hour of work, we will charge at £46.80 per hour (after 3 hours you will be advised on progress)
Specialist items (i.e. Raid Arrays) initial fee £154.80 (non-refundable)
Continuing at £46.80 per hour from this point.
Storage media will be provided at cost
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT
Please note, If for whatever reason your media is not collected within 3 months of the date of booking it into our workshops, we will dispose of it as WEEE waste.
